Here are some Frequently Asked Questions to enhance your shopping experience at BLAAC.
Are the DVD’s you offered compatible with the European system?
All our products are for the European market (DVD’s are region free or region code 2). If this is not the case, it will be mentioned explicitly.
What are the payment methods you offer?
iDEAL note: only through banks in the Netherlands

Visa/MasterCard through PayPal
BLAAC works with PayPal, to give you the opportunity to make payments using your credit cards.

Just make your purchase at BLAAC using this option, and make a bank transfer using the following information:

For INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS you need the following additional information:
IBAN: NL87 PSTB 0004 845650
BIC: PSTBNL21
For all bank transfers, use as REFERENCE your: zipcode/lastname
For example, your name is John Dillon and your zipcode is 1049. Then the reference you have to give to the bank is: 1049/dillon
As soon as we get a notification of deposit, the products will be shipped.
PayPal

How accurate are the product descriptions?
BLAAC.COM attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, BLAAC.COM does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by BLAAC.COM itself is not as described, you can always return it in unused condition.
And the prices?
We do NOT charge your credit card or other payment method until after your order has entered the mailing process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
• If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and mail you the item.
• If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before mailing.
What about discretion? Could the postman see what I ordered?
Well, if he didn’t take the time to open your package he/she could not. All orders are discreetly delivered; the contents can only be determined by actually opening the package. The amount of products you order will determine what type of packaging is used. A single video, DVD, or small book will be shipped in a plain padded envelope.
How long will it take to get my order?
When you place an order with BLAAC.COM, we will estimate mailing/shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the mailing options. Once you’ve placed your order, you will be informed regarding delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.
Please remember we are at the mercy of the mail systems.
We will mail all items we have in stock at the time your order is placed. Items not in stock generally take 14 business days for us to send. In case of out of stock we’ll contact you to see if you agree with the waiting period or want to order something else.
Please be aware that all mailings to other European destination outside the EU might be subject to your local duty taxes and customs charges. Check with your local customs or contact BLAAC.COM, we’ll happy to provide you with additional info. We know that you want no issues with your local governments.
Do you mail to my country?
In the present moment BLAAC.COM ships to virtually any European destination, are you in another part of the world? Please contact BLAAC.COM we will provide you with the right information where you can purchase the item you desire.
If I change my mind and want to return what I ordered?
As a customer at BLAAC.COM, that is your right. It is our aim to fulfill your wishes as best we can, but in case you want to send an item back; you can do that within 14 days after you received the item. Just sent an e-mail to customerservice@blaac.com and our staff will lead you through the procedures. Returns without contact customer service first will only lead to unnecessary delay. If an item proves defective, we will exchange it for another copy of the same. Mis-shipped tapes: If you receive the wrong tape, do not open it. We will not accept opened mis-shipped tapes for return.
